Had an amazing city trip experience at this hotel! the breakfast spread was really impressive and perfect for a good start to the day. the reception staff were very kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing us with helpful information about nearby attractions. the location was convenient as there were shops and restaurants within walking distance. the rooms were spacious and the air conditioning made a huge difference during the hot days.

It would have been great if they could have made alternative arrangements for us to use another pool nearby.

The hotel is located near the airport, which is convenient for travellers. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and mosquito nets. Room service and laundry services are good, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful.

Easter holiday was a blast! Rooms were sparkling clean and super upmarket. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the main city, and close to a mall for all our shopping convenience. The open restaurant was a great hangout spot, offering an excellent atmosphere to enjoy delicious meals and drinks with family and friends.

The Wi-Fi in the room was not that strong and we had to go to the reception for stable connectivity.

Generous breakfast, helpful reception staff, nice bedroom and bathroom, clean and modern, appreciated air conditioning, efficient check-out.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kisumu and had a fantastic experience. the location of this hotel was excellent, right on Nairobi-Kisumu road, making it easily accessible. It was also conveniently located near a mall, which provided an added sense of security. Secondly, the cleanliness of both the rooms and the swimming pool was outstanding. I was truly impressed with how well-maintained everything was. Lastly, I must mention the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, from providing excellent room and laundry service to recommending delicious meals at the on-site restaurants. Speaking of which, the food was always fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. I felt that I got great value for my money at this hotel.
